Sanitary measures

In the Hautes-Pyrénées department, wearing a mask is compulsory for anyone over the age of 11, in all establishments open to the public, even those subject to the health pass.

From November 30, 2021, wearing a mask is compulsory for people over 11 years old, in all places and for all the following activities:
– during events in public spaces, gatherings, festivals, gatherings of more than 10 people,
– in markets, Christmas markets, flea markets, unpacking sales,
– in the queues,
– within a radius of 50 meters around schools (during school entry and exit times) as well as in outdoor courtyards of schools,
– within a radius of 50 meters around places of worship (during office hours),
– within a radius of 50 meters around the stations,
– within a radius of 10 meters around the bus shelters.

Coming to the Tourist Office:

Access to the Tourist Office is without health pass but the wearing of a mask is compulsory for all visitors from 11 years old and the respect of barrier gestures is essential. A gauge of 6 people maximum is set up inside the establishment.

The changing regulatory framework due to the COVID-19 epidemic recommends favoring the use of digital tools to read the information we disseminate. Flyers and brochures are therefore distributed at the counter through our travel advisers who, more than ever, are committed to providing personalized advice to the client.

Coming to the ski resort:

Health pass

The Sanitary pass is compulsory to use all the ski lifts for people from 12 years and 2 months old. This decision to make the health pass applicable to ski lifts was ratified by decree of November 25, 2021. Its application is effective from December 4, 2021. In accordance with the regulations in force, persons subject to this obligation and unable to present a valid health pass during the checkout are denied access to the ski lifts.

Mask and distancing

Wearing a mask is compulsory from the age of 11 in all ski lifts and in the queues. Wearing a mask is recommended for children aged 6 to 11. Only ski lifts and conveyor belts may possibly be exempt from wearing a mask when used by a single user at a time.
Skiers are required to wear a surgical mask or a category 1 fabric mask (AFNOR SPEC S76-001 certification).
