SKI RESORT LUZ ARDIDEN

The ski area is closed until further notice. People venturing into the area will go off-piste at their own risk.

SECURE AREAS

Marked areas for pedestrians and snowshoes to safely discover the joys of snow:

  • Pedestrians or Snowshoe trail at Lienz in Bareges (circuit leaflet available at the Barèges Tourist Office): compulsory shuttles from Tournaboup to Lienz during the school holidays or departure from the village of Barèges

These circuits can be done on foot or on snowshoes depending on the snow conditions.

Cross-country skiing / Nordic skiing
The areas of Cauterets-Pont d ́Espagne and Val d’Azun-Couraduque offer you marked cross-country ski trails and traced in a very preserved nature. The opportunity to discover these magnificent landscapes of forests and waterfalls.

  • Cauterets-Pont d’Espagne: 45 min from Luz by car
  • Val d’Azun-Couraduque : 1h from Luz by car

The two cross-country ski areas are currently closed for snow reasons.
